Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Requirements: Must have Master’s degree in Finance or Financial Management plus skills and knowledge in Quantitative Methods for Finance, Financial budgeting and forecasting, Advanced Excel, Financial modeling, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, IRR Models.
Job Description: Analyze financial database and develop financial valuation models to provide strategic business planning using Quantitative Methods for Finance, Advanced Excel, Financial modeling; Create financial forecast models to determine cost proposal structure, establish standardized cost, and set up key performance indicators using Financial budgeting and forecasting, Financial modeling, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, Variance analysis, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Models; Review and monitor business operations to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with regulations; Prepare comprehensive financial reports to identify business trends and investment opportunities; Utilize results from variance analysis to help in accurate budgeting and operational impacts effectively; Coordinate seamless business planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with organizational objectives.
